Southgate - The premier community in The Glen redevelopment is known for beautiful homes and a great location. In 2011, PKPG Companies worked with a home buyer that wanted all the features of the community, but wanted to put their personal touches on the home. The work included a complete gut and remodel of the kitchen and master bedroom suite along with the build out of the basement - which included installing a new stairwell. In the picture to the left, you can see the all new open Kitchen plan with custom cabinets and built in appliances. You can also see the coffered ceiling and custom lighting that was done throughout the room.
